I did not like Sunnymere from the minute I walked through the door. The people were very cold, weren’t helpful, and were not forthcoming with the information.Provider Response
We are very sorry that you had this experience. It is possible that our office staff was not available when you stopped in. Due to our small, homelike environment, the remaining staff on-duty were likely to have been involved with resident care and unable to assist in showing you around at that time.
