Hiring two in-home health aides raises a number of questions for me. Wouldn't this cost more? Also, wouldn't it increase the risk of miscommunication in terms of things like schedules and medications? Would it be best to hire two aides from the same company or use different companies? The postitive aspects that are mentioned seem great, but I'd like to know more.
