Well, I haven't found new posts here, but I'm excited to see an online Parkinson's support group. My husband Bruce is 67 and was diagnosed just 6 months ago, but has lots of symptoms, unfortunately including mild dementia and severe anxiety. At the recommendation of the Blue Cross nurse assigned to us in the BC support program, we've just been referred to a movement disorder clinic in Seattle, a long way from us, but we do have a son and DIL to stay with there. That will have to wait awhile, because we found out Bruce has a spot on his lungs and is scheduled for a needle biopsy Monday, April 16. A friend said "When it rains, it pours." Oh, now I see a "View conversation page" here, so I will check that out. Looking forward to getting to know some friendly people.
