caring for great aunt with dementia and a 8 yr old
my aunt always lived with her sister, but in 06 her sister pasted away. shortly after that she started getting depressed. me and my husband and daughter moved in with her temperarly to help her. just this year she was diagnosed with dementia. we have been caring for her. my family is trying to fight me on getting guardianship. so i have no help from them. i basically just have my husbands family support. now she is getting to where she wants to push and hit our little girl. its like she dont want her to do anything around the house anymore. im starting to get stressed out on taking care of her and my family and then working full time on top of all that. is there anything that helps keep her from getting violent with my little girl?
