Mom's ssi is denied!
They just cut mom's income ssi and they are not making it easy on her. They always say bring her over even though I took her there once. The clerk said it takes time and she is real busy. On one hand she was already suffering from not having enough to pay for her care giver and her dental... and now they cut her only income too.
I am afraid to keep going to the ssi office since they are rude and just want to say no. They don't care if she is old and in need.
They don't answer the messages I leave for them.
What should I do?

Call your senator's office and have them look into the situation. If she's a senior citizen, call your state's Office on the Aging.
Your mom should qualify for Medicaid or Medicare, depending on age, in addition to SSI. Go online and check to see whether the kind of caregiving services she needs are covered under Medicaid/Medicare, just Google it.
Ask lots of questions, ask for referrals from the different agencies, her doctor, your state and county offices... and don't stop. Educate yourself on what's available, how it works, who qualifies for what, and how to navigate the process.
Good luck!
