mom after stroke
My mom had a stroke 5 months ago. I have her home with me. She is paralized left side. She has no insurance. The problem is when she eats she feels like she can't breathe and she is always sick to her stomach. Does anyone have any ideas on what would cause this?
I am not sure if you are following this post anymore or if you still have the email that will notify you of this response, but if you do get this message I would love to hear how this worked out for your mother.... My mom also had a stroke (actually two of them) in September 2012 and is always sick, always tired, very disoriented a lot. when my sister comes home from school she sometimes finds mom just wondering the house as if she doesnt know where she is. she sais that she is not able to find a reason to live anymore.... i am terrified! does it get better?? did you find ways to help? it seems as long as she isn't alone she is OK for the most part, but when she is alone depression and confusion sink in pretty bad!!! we are very scared :(
