Holidays in the hospital or while getting chemo treatments
Is anyone having to handle caring for a parent in the hospital with cancer or undergoing chemotheraphy while the holidays are happening? What things are you doing to make it as happy and fun as you can, if anything? Please share your ideas.

My husband spent Christmas in the hospital and we were able to have all the kids and grandkids there and now he will spend New Years in the hospital in ICU as they had to do surgery yesterday for a blockage caused by the pancreatic tumor. This will be the first New Year we won't be together.
