Accesible Van

My wife has Lewy Body Dementia which brings with it Parkinson effects. She now needs a wheel chair to get her around. Transfer in and out of vehicles takes a lot of care. I have looked into types of Transfer boards but they still present difficulties as to access. I have been looking at wheel chair accesible vans. The rear entry look great. The one draw back is cost. Does anyone one know of purchases assistance or programs that provide assistance? I can lease or geta loan but it would be nice to find some help in reducing costs. Thanks
