Where can I find the computer software that will allow me to check on seniors via the telephone? I would like to be able to check on the seniors who live alone in my mobile home community. The software will send someone out to check on the senior if they do not answer a phone call. I would appreciate any info you can give me to assist in this project. Ralph

In terms of the ability to have computer software check on seniors, take a look at FineThanx, MagnoliaPrime, Sentry Telecare, Call-Reassurance, and Justacallaway.

As with all such services, ask to hear what the process is for defining call times and procedures (how to set up notification paths in the event that there is a problem and you may not be available, find out how long they have been in business, look at their websites for current updates, compare prices, and speak to management about the effectiveness of the service and/or services offered.
