there are two handy on-line tools that may help you, as well. The first of these is the Area Agency on Aging's Eldercare Locator, which is a federal government referral service usually operated by the county. These offices provide information on all kinds of local senior services (not just caregivers), including transportation. You can also try using the AARP's state-by-state transportation guide, a handy way to get information on local transit companies. Taxis are another consideration. I hope you find what you need.
