The Humira infusion is the process of giving the medication through IV. It takes about two hours for the medication to be pushed into your body. Humira is also given through injections. Humira is a drug used to treat Paget's disease and rheumatoid arthritis. It is also used to treat other inflammation diseases and conditions. Some people prefer the infusion of Humira because they do not have to do needle injections that way. Typically injections of Humira are done more commonly than infusions in the United States. There is no known difference between the infusions and the injections in how they treat the disease.
