Depending on what you are treating and your weight the dosage for Humira may be different. For people treating rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, or ankylosing spondylitis the dosage every other week is 40mg.

For younger patients that are treating juvenile idiopathic arthritis the dosage is based off of weight with a 20mg once a week dosage for patients weighing between 33lbs to 66lbs and a 40mg dose once a week for patients weighing over 66lbs.

If treating Crohns disease the dosage starts with 160mg initially on day 1, with a 80mg dose two weeks later then maintenance doses of 40mg every other week.
