Question
What, if any, financial help can a person at the age of 52 apply for when the SSDI, SSI, and the Medicaid programs are unaccessable to a man who has been diagnosed as being disabled signifignatly? Where can an individual who has been diagnosed as "Significan- tly disabled search for financial , medical, and personal assistance, when the Social Security representive says'' I hate to see people like you fall through the cracks'', and is unable to even qualify for SSI, and who can't afford the ""spend down'' for Medicaid? When the reason for not qualifying for Supplemental Security Income, is due to the Spouce's Social Security Disability being too much?
