Which foods can enrich white blood cells?
There are many opinions about which foods are best for boosting white blood cells (immunity). However, there are few studies that prove these claims. My best advice would be to eat a balanced diet with lean meats, plenty of fruits and vegetables, nuts, legumes (beans), and low fat diary. Healthy fish, such as tuna and salmon, contain fatty acids that have been shown to benefit health.
If your diet is lacking, you can take a mulitivitamin, but there is little research to show this to be a benefit.
Because I am asking how to feed an alsheimers person to More advanced stages, who is picky about vetables, can't eat Raw vegetables, won't eat oatmeal, brown rice or even white Rice for that matter.
