Yoga can be a great way to increase the blood flow for an entire body. There are even certain excersizes within Yoga that concentrate on a certain area of the body. The excersizes can help with your range of motion, endurance, muscle support, and overall release of pain from a certain area. You can always try the good old tried and true method of a mild over the counter asprin or pain reliever. The most important thing to keep in mind about hip pain, is to make sure that you don't overdue any area of the body that has endured a recovery. Make sure you allow a sufficient amount of time to heal.
