What are the signs of ovarian cancer?

i didn't know this at the time, but now looking back i believe the first sign of my wifes ovarian cancer was when her sack drop. we took to the hospital to have it tacked back up, and while the doctor was doing this he noticed a white fluid seeping from her uterius and then removed her uterius. that's when the cancer started spreading pretty fast. she had her surgery in july 2006 she lived for 18 months and passed in december 2007.
