Vitamin D does help slow the progression of cervical cancer. Vitamin D stops new blood vessels from forming, which will slow the growth of tumors. Eating vitamin D rich foods can also help with slowing down the progression. Believe it or not, being out in the sun is also good when you have cervical cancer.
