Q
I am interested in applying (for my father) for the VA Aid & Attendance benefit. However, I have been told that if he receives a Navy pension he may be ineligible. Are these two mutually exclusive? Can he obtain the Aid & Attendance benefit if he remains in his home of 40 years?
