My boyfriend has a testicular lump, he has a lot of stress and high blood pressure. He is 47 and has no problem performing sexually. Do testicular lumps mean cancer?

Lumps are not always cancer, but this is a concerning finding. Many times, testicular lumps are found by a partner, so it is good that you noticed it. I would ask your boyfriend if he has ever noticed this lump before, or if he ever had it checked by someone. If he has not, I would encourage him to see a health professional to get it checked as soon as possible.
