Which races are most affected by testicular cancer?

I was reading about testicular cancer and race on the Illinois Department of Public Health website. They report that the risk of testicular cancer among white men is about five to 10 times that of African-American men and more than double that of Asian-American men. The risk for Hispanics is between that of Asians and non-Hispanic whites.

I was also interested to learn that, in addition to testicular cancer and race, there's a link between testicular cancer and body type. Apparently a Swedish study reported that the highest risk was seen in tall, slim men (though the health benefits of being slim outweigh any concern about testicular cancer).
