Q
Question -- what is the best way to handle a father-in-law's financial situation in regards to home ownership at the age of 82? He owns a home in KY and he wants to move to Florida. We don't know whether to buy his home from him and let him rent a home for in Florida or should we buy him a home in FL? What are the tax implications for him and for us?
Thank you.
