Why don't you write about spouses taking care of spouses?

Difficult for me to understand why so much is written about kids taking care of their parents, but very, very seldom do you read about a parent taking care of parents. I am 81 and take care....with the help of caregivers ...of my 81 year old wife who suffers from Dementia. Why is not more written about this??? By the way, with the correct medication and tender loving care my wife of 57 years is better today than she was 4 years ago.
