Question
It's become pretty clear that my brother is in complete denial that our mom's confusion and forgetfulness is Alzheimer's. He insists I'm making a big deal out of nothing -- what can I do?

answered:
I would suggest that you journal your mom's confusion and cite concrete examples of her area's of confusion and memory loss.
I would suggest that you have brother spend some quality time with mom, note, during the times of the day you notice the most confusion and forgetfullness.
I would also suggest at the next doc appt. you invite brother to come along and have the doc explain or justify his diagnosis.
