What could cause severe right side pain?

I have pain on my right side near my stomach. When that pain hits I can't move. Sometime it takes my breath away. Pain goes down my leg and I can't move. I have fallen a couple of times. The pain was so bad, I just had to drop. Plus now my fingers feel funny. Its like pin and needles on them. I have not been able to sleep right.
