Can red wine cause brain cancer?

There has been no study that shows that drinking red wine can cause brain cancer. However there has been conflicting debate within the scientific community if red wine helps or hinder in cancer. Some states a glass a day is beneficial but others think it can lead to other diseases like alcoholism. So the answer is it depends on which side of the debate your are on.
