A tumor on the pituitary gland is unlikely to cause excess levels of estrogen, for instance; more commonly, symptoms involve a lack of these kinds of hormones, like a lack of menstrual periods or lactation in women. So I wouldn’t worry about a pituitary tumor and uterine cancer.
