How can I get the addresses of the properties belonging to my parents after their passing?

I'am looking for a trust that maybe was willed to me, the deceaseds' name is Murrel 'Glen' Hagar he wanted me to have his home he showed me the paper work and told me if anything happened to him it's right here, well i found him in is bed he had passed and my last thought sure was'nt the paper work his granson came racing in to his home so we left him to make the arrangements! i have since try to contact his granson thru-the deceaseds nephew and he will not return my calls i do have witnesses to this i also have some other belongings that are in the home that belong to me. and i can'not afford Attorney: please can you help me time is not on my side.
