Are hemorrhoids and pancreatic cancer related?

My uncle’s oncologist says that hemorrhoids and pancreatic cancer are not related. He says that people sometimes mistake hemorrhoids for colon cancer or rectal cancer and vice versa, but that hemorrhoids don’t cause any kind of cancer, including pancreatic cancer.
