Can you tell me what causes the "pads" on the bottom of your feet to become sore? It is actually very difficult for me to walk any anymore. What typically causes pain in feet?

Painful feet are usually caused by bone problems, diabetic neuropathy, or poor circulation. I think the best thing for you to do would be to schedule an appointment with a podiatrist to get a full evaluation. They will find out what your particular issue is, and help try to reduce your discomfort.
