Why am I experiencing pain after taking Enbrel for Rheumatoid Arthritis?

An anonymous caregiver asked...
I have just begun taking Enbrel for rheumatoid arthritis and within 24 hours of the injection I began experiencing pain in my palms and the soles of my feet. Any idea why?
