nursing home

I live in ky, I am my mothers care giver, she is a diabetic and on insulin shots she is also blind, my dad is in a nursing home I can't get any thing done or help with her from her doctor when we go to him she acts like nothing is wrong with her even tho he has her on namenda. how can i go about putting her with my dad? i am at the end of my rope!!
