Is a memory care center for Alzheimer's the best place for someone with Lewy Body dementia?

My husband has Lewy Body dementia, Hydrocephalus (vent. shunt) and he suffered a severe stroke last May (it literally colapsed his right ventricle of his brain). The stroke made the lewy body much more prevalent and now he is in a memory care center with 7 other Alzheimer's patients. Is this the right place for him? He seems different than many of them in the last stages of Alls. No one seems to be very familiar with Lewy Body but since it is the 2nd largest cause of dementia, can you tell me if there is any place more suited to him, and can you tell me about expected mortality in Lewy Body? If this is something you are not familiar with is there another expert on this subject? I have heard "I don't know" all too often in the field of neurology and am frustrated, does anyone know much about these neurological problems.
