Q
My elderly parents are taking a two week trip to visit my sister. About 6 months ago, we finally found a good caregiver through an agency for my parents. The agency cannot guarantee that they will be able to find our caregiver temporary work while my parents are away. She is the sole bread winner for her family and has two little children. My family does not want to pay her anything while my parents are away. I don't know what to do if she isn't able to find temporary work. She may have to look elsewhere and I don't want to lose her. Help!
