Where can I get help to remove my mother from her home?

An anonymous caregiver asked...
My elderly mother has the beginning signs of Dementia and depression and refuses to leave her home. Her house is a major health risk due to endless hoarding. I tried to reason with her, but she will not leave. I am her only sibling. Where can I get help to remove her?

over her finances but Mama come live with me.

We did finally agree to file guardianship papers because things are only getting worse. The pysch eval was yesterday & they pretty much sd it is not safe for her to live there. So as best as I get it the report will be filed & forward we march. I begged Mama for it not to go this route, but the VIP thing to remember is.... that is not Mama acting this way its the disease. Start with the probate court, some say lawyer is needed but we did'nt get one.
