I was on Medicaid for breast cancer. My case was closed due to Social Services mixing my daughter's case up with mine. I reapplied with back hospital bills and was denied. Now I cannot get my reconstruction done. I was told this is part of the process with breast cancer and feel very self conscious and really want this completed. What can I do?
