Is there a less costly option?

I am 67 yrs. old, I have Humana/Medicare. Humana charges $15 for a PCD visit co-pay and $35 specialist Co-pay. Is there anything less expensive for me? I really only have very limited funds on widow's SS. After rent, utilities and insurance I have $140 to live on for the month.
