I am 73 years old and am wondering if I should be concerned about a heart attack since I don't have any hair on my feet or much hair on my body anywhere.

Hi:
There is no significant link between lack of body hair and heart attack risk without more exam results. Best to get a routine exam and focus on any heart attack risks you have if you are concerned.
