What are common leg or jaw bone cancer symptoms?

I was 19 years old when I was diagnosed with osteo sarcoma. I had sharp pains in my right knee, went for an xray and spent the next three years fighting the disease. I am 41 know and doing great.

how can you tell if you have jaw bone cancer? i have a lump at the side of my jaw bone near my chin and its swollen and it feels hard also its hard to open my mouth wide.
