Is Meloxicam as good as Celebrex?

Meloxicam and Celebrex are both medications used for the treatment of Arthritis and Osteoarthritis. Meloxicam seems to have less risks and side effects but has also shown to be less effective from some patients perspectives. Meloxicam has more associations with nausea, vomiting and fatigue, but Celebrex has more of an effect on the chest, with greater risk of chest pain, heart attack and stroke.
