Answers
A
A lot of people think that if you have a penicillin allergy that you can't take any antibiotics at all. They are wrong though. Levaquin (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/meds/a697040.html)is from a completely different family of antibiotics and there is a very good chance that you won't have an allergic reaction to it. In fact, there are a wide variety of antibiotics that should be perfectly safe for you to use if you have a pencillin allergy. Let your doctor know about your allergies and they should be able to find an antibiotic that works for you.
