I would like to buy my parents home and move in with them. This will allow me to help them financially and I will be there as they get older. They are still in ok health but medication and Dr. costs have become too much. The home is an old home and will need updating construction. What is the easiest way to buy the home? Should they gift it to me or should I buy the home, and borrow enough money for renovations?
