I signed on to be the responsible party for my grandmothers nursing home. She orginally went in after a three day stay at the hospitial and I know that Medicare covered a portion and then we got her approved for Medicaid that covered it until she died. However, now they are comming after me for some financial cost that was billed before Medicaid got involved. Am I financially responsible??
