What books would you reccomend for new family caregivers?

I care for my 90 year old father. He has congestive heart failure and stage 3 kidney failure. He resently has become very weak and needs help for nearly everything. Does anyone know of any books that could help me learn how to help him from bathing to simply moving him to the wheel chair or into the car. He has done all this on his own till now and I don't want to hurt him or myself with clumsy efforts to help him. Thank you all so much!
