I am a Nurse of 35 years RN, and wondered if any one thought that if you had someone come into their facility maybe once a month month for those families that are not there to visit and check up on them. This would include making sure all meds are taken, checking for skin integrity or any falls with pictures, etc.? This would be especially for families that live out of town. This would not be scheduled but random times for our nursing visits. There would be a one monthly fee of $85.00 to check on them and report back to the family. It may include making sure clothes are washed and room neat, short video, pictures and medication administration.
