How do you know if you have kidney cancer?

There are several signs that may signal kidney cancer. Some of these are blood in the urine. It may be pink, red or dark brown. Other signs are weight loss, fatigue, and a persistent fever that comes and goes but never seems to go away. If you have one or more of these signs please get checked right away.
