How can you have sex after a broken hip?

Absolutely. Once a hip replacement is complete and healed, you can return to all of your normal activities with few or no restrictions. This process will take a few weeks or months depending on exactly what procedure you have. During your recovery or before the surgery (if you are being sent home without the surgery immediately), you can still manage it with some modifications to positions. A book like the Joy of Sex shows a lot of positions you may not have thought of.
