How can we talk to my mother in law about her numerous purchases from TV shopping networks?
If it is her money and she has it to spend and she is 82, why do you bother her with trivial things, she's not out using heavy artilarry or anything, people do what they are comfortable with and what gives them comfort and it sounds like she is lonely. Spend more quality time with her so her brain can wander elsewhere.
