How can I help my dad recover from neglect?
My father has been compeletly neglected to the point of death and is under hospice care. He's in a diaper, 4 week-old dirty sheets, a syringe that has been on the floor for three weeks and the thing is I belive he can still live, yet everyone around is sayng that he is dying. What can I do?

One is the nursing home ombudsman program (nursing homes are legally required to have ombudsman to deal with conflicts between management and families or clients).
