You will need to at least check to see if you can get a health aide to come in and help you. They do have services to help you. If you need additional help please respond and i will give you info that helped me get help in my home. GOOD LUCK!

I just recently moved my dad (82 yrs old) in with me and my family 3 weeks ago. He has alzheimer's. It was very hard the first week for all of us. As time goes by, we are all settling in. My dad is a wonderer and walks all night. It is just like having another child again. He is a very freindly person and I am very thankful for that. He is always saying thankyou to me and I truly thinks he understands the role i am now playing. It gets hard sometime, however, i have my teenage boys, 17 & 19 helping me. When i see it is stressfull on me, i get one of the boys to watch him and i leave the house. I go shopping or window watching or just visit one of my friends to do something for me. I find this really helps me to go back home to do a better job with my dad and not for him to see me stressed out.
