How do I begin coordinating a move?

I am going with my home care provider to Austin where she intends to complete her nursing education at the University. I am going with her but don't know what to do to get our program transferred. I need assistance in relocating, finding a suitable living arrangerment and independent living assistance in the Austin area. Please help.
